THERE WAS A WEEKEND IN PORT HARCOURT CONFERENCE

There was indeed a memorable weekend in Port Harcourt Harcourt Conference in the month of October, 2020  that shouldn’t be overlooked; as members enjoyed smooth breath of events across various centres in Port Harcourt Metropolis.

First was a three days online Evangelism and Revival program hosted by Rumukwurusi Church that ended Saturday.



With his soul melting utterances and divine oratory proclamations, Pastor (Dr) B.E.O Udoh captured the heart of men who were seeking to be saved by Jesus.  

Pastor Anyalebechi NNunukwe, President of Port Harcourt Conference, Pastor Godpower Onu, the host district pastor and other clergy men shock the media space.

Worth mentioning was the melodious presentation from Choirs, Groups and Artiste that electrified members who were present in the church during the live program and those who watched from the spatio.

Same Saturday, Adventist Churches within the geographical axis of Elelenwo clan, after seven months of their inauguration as a group broke another record as they were formally elevated to a full fledge District.

The Pentecost 2023-Pastors and Church leaders Summit held on Sunday 11 October 2020 at Rumoukwuta climaxed major events in the conference as church leaders in Port Harcourt Zone stormed Rumoukwuta to have a spiritual orientation with the lord and to chart a pathway towards achieving the baptism of a Hundred Thousand Souls for God before May 2023 in Eastern Nigeria Union Conference.

Speaking at the Event, Pastor Bassey Udoh, the President Eastern Nigeria Union Conference encouraged church leaders to be zealous in their strategy towards evangelism as that is the mission of the church.

He charged Leaders to input their time and resources in the furtherance of Gods work in Port Harcourt Conference.

President of the Conference, Pastor Anyalebechi Nnunukwe, in his chat with A-media PHC, asseverated that Pentecost 2023 is the programme of the conference, hence the need for the gathering.

“Since the union has conceived the idea of Pentecost 2023, there is need to key in to it.”

“In Port Harcourt Conference, evangelism is always a big business, and we want to do our best to achieve the target of winning 15,000 souls for God.”

More than three hundred church leaders were present at the summit.

Ikwerre hosted theirs on the 18th of October and Etche zone will host theirs on 25 October, 2020.
