Communication Summit Day Two: IN WHAT CONDITION IS YOUR LIGHT? "SHINE"

"The story of the crashed ship, which claimed the lives of many onboard wasn't a total negligence or amateurism on the part of the captain or his cabin crew, but due to failure on the part of the light-house guards to turn on the lesser lights that would have ensured a safe landing, will forever be tinkered by many of us who are familiar with the tale."

Such thrilling reminder as came from the sermon of Pastor Chigozi Eti, Communication Director for Eastern Nigeria Union Conference (ENUC), during the Sabbath worship of yesterday, January 25, 2020, at Rumuokwuta; The members, especially the delegates of the Communication Weekend Leadership Summit, through the Divine Hours.

The Clergy, in his admonition tagged "Shine", inspired members to let God's Light shine through them and  reprobate other neighbors  around them.

"Let's allow the Gospel in our lives speak about who we are because our character is the greatest Public Relation tool we can ever use to evangelize Christ and win more souls for God's kingdom", he said.

Pastor Chigozie, as he neared conclusion, said "the darker the night, the more relevant the light." "It is not what you have but what you are! You are the Light of the world,  Shine!"

Earlier, the Clergyman, whose knowledge is vast in the field of  Communication, earlier delivered a breathe filled lecture on "Public Relations, Technology and Adventist Mission."

Meanwhile, the Port Harcourt Conference President of Seventh-day Adventists, Pastor Anyalebechi Nnunukwe, at the close of worship formally bade everyone welcome and had a pep talk with the delegates.

Pastor Anyalebechi assured all delegates of his support for the mission of the Communication Ministry of Port Harcourt Conference.
Quite after a short Break, the plenary sessions began with a spirit-filled, demonstrative lectures by communication doyens; such as  Eld. Dagogo Clinton, Pastor Obarido Th. Okochi, Eld. Sammy Kpenu and Bro. Azukoye Amadi.

The 72-Hours Certificate Training Exercise is hoped to come to a close by tomorrow, 26th January, 2020.
To God be the Glory, so well He leads us to the Promise Land.
