Pastor Nnunkwe formal unveils the House

There is this popular cliché “Seeing is Believing”, a common phrase used by many in contemporary times. This expression heralds and explains the mammoth crowd witnessed on 12 February at Seventh-day Adventist Church Ulakwo District Head Quarters; Many who came to grace the occasion of the House dedication service of Pastor and Shepardess Onwuka, Okechukwu.


The herald of the Gospel at the spiritual powwow was the President of Port Harcourt Conference, Pastor Anyalebechi Nnunukwe coined the interaction between Philip and Nathaniel as recorded in John 1: 43-51 to an inspiration message that will outlive the cheerful congregation.


In his massage, pastor Nnunukwe tells one of the more powerful stories of faith and believe. He assured members that God has the capacity to change our fortunes regardless of what the society thinks about us.


He avers that Nazareth was not associated with Messiac expectations. And that members need to develop this “come and see” philosophy.

“We must allow our passion and love for Christ to so fill our lives that we are overflowing with a desire to tell everyone we meet to “come and see. Blessed are those who trust in him, As you trust the Lord, his blessing, Mercy shall abide in your life. In All your challenges and difficulty Jesus is seeing you.


As written in In John 1, after Philip accepted Jesus’ invitation, he was so excited that he went, found his friend Nathanael, and said, “‘We have found the one Moses wrote about in the Law, and about whom the prophets also wrote—Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.”

In a chat with A-Media PHC, the celebrant, Pastor Okechukwu Onwuka who currently is the leader of Rumudomaya District, expressed deep thanks to all who honoured his invitation.
