Sir,
INTRODUCTION OF CPII INITIATIVE AS A TOOL FOR JOB CREATION, ECONOMIC GROWTH, EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT AND VALUE REORIENTATION IN NIGERIA FOR CONSOLIDATION OF THE NEXT LEVEL
Career Pathfinder Initiative International (CPII), a non-governmental organization (NGO) structured to be a major player in massive youth empowerment, development and reorientation for commitment to national development do hereby present the CPII Initiative to the Nigerian Government for urgent deployment in Nigeria as a tool for massive job creation, economic growth, education development and value reorientation to stem the tide of insecurity towards consolidation of The Next level, after all due analysis/assessment of its economic viability and political advantage.
As a team of young intelligentsia (think-tank who think outside the box) highly motivated to contribute our own quota to The Next level, we present to your esteemed office our innovative Intellectual Property, the CPII Initiative by which we guarantee the direct-creation of over 10,000,000 jobs by deployment of the CPII Initiative across the over 200,000 Secondary Schools and 8809 wards of Nigeria, by entrepreneurship and technical/vocational skill-acquisition empowerment, with a net government revenue-regeneration capacity of over 100 billion naira (#100,000,000,000) only monthly, as well as the effective intellectual reorientation, social engineering and stimulation of the moral consciousness and spiritual sensitivities of over 20 million Nigerian youth against corruption, immorality, cultism, violence, drug abuse and political mischief as thugs, thereby drastically reducing corruption and social vices.
CPII is registered in Nigeria under the Companies and Allied Matters Act of 1990, with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) registration number: CAC/IT/NO 103339 as an NGO with the overarching primary aim of seeking to restore and refocus Nigeria on the path of greatness by the reorientation of the general populace, especially the Nigerian youth. The CPII Initiative is designed as a tool for national youth development and social integration in the Federal Republic of Nigeria through academic/intellectual education and technical/vocational training, entrepreneurship, and reorientation on effective leadership and citizenship roles in Nigeria using tested training methods, technology and enlightenment campaigns to foster a new frontier of skilled-productive, self-reliant, patriotic and morally conscious youths which contribute significantly to the economic and social development of Nigeria.
The CPII Project can be harnessed as a tool for the development of Education (UBE and Post Primary) to empower our schools intellectually and economically for effective leadership and followership, and career/professional development towards fostering a community of allies to influence the larger Nigerian populace to build capacity for self-actualization, through skilled vocation and entrepreneurship, and national development.
The CPII Benefits include the following:
Engage students actively and productively in pursuit of academic and career excellence as well as economic self-reliance while disabusing their minds from unproductive ventures and youth restiveness.
Create job employment opportunities for youths/participants and improve the national Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and Generated Revenue of the federal government.
Facilitate an enabling peaceful environment for the social and economic integration of the youths for the growth and development of the Nigeria while ensuring significant reduction of prevalence of antisocial behaviour and insecurity among the youth.
Foster effective intellectual reorientation, social engineering and stimulation of the moral consciousness and spiritual sensitivities of the youth against corruption, immorality, cultism, violence and political mischief as thugs, thereby drastically reducing corruption and social vices.
Foster the massive orientation of the students to become patriotic and responsible Nigerian citizens and to prepare to become great leaders in government and private sectors of the economy.
Restore longstanding moral, cultural and family values and make for sustenance of social order, national identity, and personal responsibility and respect for local-host communities.
Skill-acquisition empowerment and capacity-building of the students, civil servants and entrepreneurs for improved motivation, efficiency, and economic stability before and after retirement.
The CPII Plan is advocacy and youth empowerment for national development in collaboration with stakeholders in government and private institutions both locally and internationally. The CPII Strategy involves engaging Nigerian students/youth through the following programmes:
SEMINARS AND PUBLIC ENLIGHTENMENT CAMPAIGNS (in schools and wards, including door-to-door campaigns): Effective intellectual reorientation, social engineering and stimulation of the moral consciousness and spiritual sensitivities of the youth against corruption, drug abuse, immorality, cultism, violence, drug abuse and political mischief as thugs by the Fundamentals of Effective Leadership and Followership course.
COMPUTER LITERACY PROGRAMME (in schools and wards): Computer literacy in basic document and graphics processing tools and Internet optimization tools for global competitiveness.
SKILL-ACQUISITION EMPOWERMENT AND ENTERPRENUERSHIP SCHEMES (in schools and wards): For students, upon graduation from their respective skill-training, they would be exposed to a work-environment for two hours after School to grow their skill and thereby earn income which would be saved in a bank account, which can only be accessed upon graduation from School to keep them focused on academic excellence.
Other participants on successful completion of training would be deployed as either instructors or part of production of goods and services on their skill set to meet both local and international consumption.
BACK-TO-SCHOOL AND SCHOLARSHIP SCHEMES: The Back-to-School scheme is for school drop-outs and those unable to assess tertiary education for diverse reasons, including lack of finance, poor/inadequate academic qualification, and social vices such as cultism, crime and violence.
Rehabilitation and incentives of scholarships are offered to out-of-school and/or unemployed youths to have a chance of pursuing their dreams and reaching their highest potentials in educational, technical or vocational skills under our guidance as a means of mitigating the risk of their becoming psychologically maladjusted and seeking comfort in social vices.
The Scholarship scheme is especially for well-deserving Nigerian youths with exceptional academic credentials and/or technical/vocational genius, with priority to orphans, physically challenged and youths of very poor background.
SALE OF PUBLICATIONS, INCLUDING THE PERIODICAL CAREER PATHWAY MAGAZINE: Continuous intellectual motivation by publication of books and periodical magazines.
